Guests of Woodsong enjoy access to private Lake Toxaway through property-owner guest privileges, including canoe use, swimming, fishing, water-skiing, and nearby boat rentals through the marina.
Canoe Use
The Woodsong canoe is available for guest use and conveniently stored at Lake Toxaway Marine. Use is at guests’ own risk and subject to lake, marina, weather, and safety rules.
Swimming and Fishing
Guests may fish from approved lake access points or from the Woodsong canoe, subject to lake rules, weather conditions, and safe-use guidance. Swimming access is subject to current Lake Toxaway and marina rules.
Boat Rentals and Water Sports
Guests may rent boats and lake equipment directly through Lake Toxaway Marine at their own expense, subject to marina availability, lake rules, and rental terms.
A Quiet Mountain Home in Club Colony
Set among trees in Lake Toxaway Estates, Woodsong offers single-level comfort, wooded privacy, covered arrival, and quick access to private Lake Toxaway, the marina, The Greystone Inn, and the Lake Toxaway Country Club area. Club amenities are private and not included with Woodsong stays for non-members.
Eastern Mountain Views
From the eastern side of the home, Woodsong offers mountain views framed by trees. Near the neighborhood entrance, the sound of Deep Ford Falls can often be heard as it carries across the fairway.
